About this apartment rental

This 2/2 split plan condo is close to everything Sarasota has to offer! The new University Town Center shopping area is minutes away, while downtown and the white sandy beaches of Siesta Key are an easy 15-20 minute drive. The unit sits on the 16th hole of one of The Meadows three perfectly manicured courses. There are a multitude of additional course within a short drive as well. Restaurants are plentiful and in close proximity as well. This is a nicely furnished true turn-key condo, including washer and dryer inside the unit, just bring your suitcase.

Wonderful stay and a very comfortable condo!! Ideal location for events at Nathan Benderson Park. Communication was quick and friendly. If available, we will stay next year for USRowing Youth Nationals.
