About this apartment rental
This 2/2 split plan condo is close to everything Sarasota has to offer! The new University Town Center shopping area is minutes away, while downtown and the white sandy beaches of Siesta Key are an easy 15-20 minute drive. The unit sits on the 16th hole of one of The Meadows three perfectly manicured courses. There are a multitude of additional course within a short drive as well. Restaurants are plentiful and in close proximity as well. This is a nicely furnished true turn-key condo, including washer and dryer inside the unit, just bring your suitcase.

We were amazed at how it was furnished with everything imaginable to function…just like home!The only difference from our home living was your condo needs some serious attention to cleaning and detail maintaining! Mr. Dave downstairs met us when we arrived only to help with the key lockbox opening because he knew it was very difficult to open. We accidentally closed it before we could leave the key in it and had to use a rubber band to wrap the key around the box. We had to leave at 4:45am for our flight home and didn’t bother Dave for assistance. P.S. We purchased some Mr. Clean erasers to at least scrum outdoor light, front storm door, and main door, address numbers, top kitchen cupboards, Resolve spot cleaner for some severe spots on carpet and kitchen chair cushions (not our doings). The stairs and rails to front door got a good sweep and wiping too. First impressions are very important!

Very well maintained condo in quiet area close to regional park and local beach. The interior was clean with a dual washer and dryer in bathroom. The eat in kitchen was fully stocked and included a dishwasher. The patio view of the golf course is lovely. There is access to a spacious pool area. Pool was clean. I highly recommend and would stay again.

No bath soap or extra toilet paper was available and should be for guests. Or let them know ahead of time so they can bring it
