Beautiful, cozy and comfortable best describes this completely remodeled one bedroom, one bath villa in Winslow Beacon, nicely turnkey furnished with porcelain floors throughout and Up-to-date with premium granite counters. a fully screened Lanai offers beautiful views in this golf oriented community. Walk out the front door and you are practically on the golf course! The Meadows offers many reasonable membership packages and the Country Club offers Tennis, Swimming and Fitness in addition to Golf. There are also extensive walking trails with many bird watching opportunities. The new university town center mall is less than a five minute drive. This villa is ready to move in with Wifi included. The meadows has 2 public golf courses and is very close to shopping and local beaches. No pickup trucks, motorcycles or pets.

Host was wonderful, location was exactly as listed. Booked immediately for next year already. Quite location, walking daily, or bike and so much fun events in the community every week. Close to amazing beaches, we can’t wait until next year. Thanks Sylvia.

Great little place to stay. The kitchen is well appointed, the bed is comfortable, and the location is close to shopping, and grocery's.The Meadows is nicely manicured and a very quiet subdivision. I would recommend.

The home was what I expect and more. It was adequately furnished and dpacious enough. Every ammenities listed were available for use. At my arrival the property was clean, which I am a stickler for. The Realtor was availbe to resolve any issue promptly and I only encountered minor easy to solve issues during my long stay. The neighborhood is very peaceful which added to the pleasantness of my stay. I highly recommend anyone intrested to give it a shot.
