The location is great, right across from a beautiful park and church with restaurants across the park. The room was nice but was missing the shower door and the floor could have been cleaner. The staff were awesome, helpful and friendly. The coffee was good but the breakfast was just okay although the scrambled eggs were great. Overall I would recommend and stay again.

The place was very nice great area .Close to park and places to eat. The staff was great the breakfast was served individually by a very nice young man the front desk workers were great.The only thing I would suggest up grading tv and tv mount plus more hooks to hang things in bathroom and inside room.One more things shelves in bathroom for towels and or toiletries,Would recommend to anyone going to Cuenca
