A pesar de que es una habitación de no fumadores, el cuarto huele a humo de cigarrillo. El staff se portó bien con nosotros al tratar de cambiar de cuarto, pero todos huelen igual. El desayuno era pan, cafe, mini Muffins y cereal. Solo hay 1 toalla por cuarto, hay que pedir mas en recepción. En mi caso pedí un secador de cabello, pero no tienen. Si no hubiera sido por el mal olor, hubiera sido mejor estadía.

Not only were there drugs, fights, screaming & slamming things around, including doors, there were gunshots at about 03.30. I tried to tell the front desk about this. I have stayed at this motel the weekend before and planned to stay at baymont each weekend from now on. But absolutely not now. The man behind the desk told me id have to wait 2 hrs to speak to the mgr bc thats when he came into work. I asked for my money back- not for the entire stay, but only for that 1 night. I was packed, in my car and checked out by 06.15 am. His manager arrived an hr later, half asleep and proceeded to argue with me rather than find a solution we could each come to an agreement with. He was determined to prove me wrong, although it wasnt him working the night before. I told him And the other man behind the counter I did not want anyone else to hear my complaint as I wasn't sure who shot the night before. Instead of honoring this he went on to tell me those visitors didnt "speak English" then called on another customer who stayed there all the time. He asked him, in front of the crowded lobby if he heard gunshots in the night. I couldnt believe he did that after I just asked him to keep the information between us only. I asked for his boss's name and number. He refused to give the info to me. I told him it was my legal right to have that info. He told me his name but refused to give me his number. I asked for the boss above that gentleman which he refused to give me as well. I walked out of there with the Better Buissnes Bureau number pulled up on my phone so I could report the entire situation as well as the attitudes and behavior of those men. While waiting for the manager to arrive i went to the breakfast bar only to find a loaf of bread on the counter beside a toaster. No utensils except for coffee sticks. There was a 3 divided cereal container that didnt work. I finally opened the top to pour some cereal in my bowl. When I looked around there were no spoons & no milk. I finally gave up on breakfast altogether. I thought maybe id drink some juice. But it too was broken... the entire machine meant to hold 3 dif juices. I finally just asked for a water. It was a chore to even get that

You really get what you pay for. The rooms are nice, the check in process is easy. Now for the down side. The TV didn't work, I personally don't recommend going out after dark especially a female alone, not that anything happened however the people wondering around gave me the heeby jeebies. However it is a *** hotel so again YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
