They sent me to five different rooms *** ***-***-*** and *** each room that I went in it was freezing cold I had to sleep with a jacket on with the AC with the heat running it only blew out cold air I asked for a full refund the lady responded to me on the way they would give it to me is if I left on the streets as well I just travel from Louisiana so I was extremely tired and wanted to rest please help
