The location was good. Plenty of room for cars. Close to downtown. Hot tub was clean.
Outside deck and porch were dirty. Outdoor furniture on deck was in bad shape. Was unsure about safety of sitting on furniture. Bathrooms not in good shape. Keurig was not working properly.

Clean, quiet, everything was spot on with my expectations.
The outdoor sitting furniture could be upgraded and maybe privacy fence for the hot tub use.
