I like the how they serve customer, and willing to help all the time. Also, I enjoy using the onsen to relief my stress after travelling for a long period. It really a beautiful place to relax and chill, and I will definitely comeback again!

The property was impeccably clean and exceeded all of my expectations. The magnificent Pacific Ocean views were stunning, and every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future.

名前の通り、絶景！今回は最上階を利用させて頂きました。全面窓から見える伊豆の海と朝日が素晴らしいです。
また、夜遅くについて、近隣の食事する場所がない為、食事を用意してくれた事は助かりました。ありがとうございました!
ホテルに入る道が急な坂になっており、暗いと入り口がわかりづらい事ですね。とはいえ、電灯で明るいと、星明かりが見えない為、良し悪しなところです。

The location.
The room. The description says family room with sea view and you get two beds in a big dormitory. Although, no other person is in the dormitory, it should be clearly mentioned that it's a dormitory and not a family room.
