Appartamento ampio, ben strutturato, con ampio living con cucina, disimpegno con un primo bagno, camera matrimoniale, lavanderia e grande camera matrimoniale con bagno privato. Ma la vera chicca è il terrazzo con vista sulla città nuova e mare a destra e a sinistra. Un vero spettacolo che a ogni uscita ti incanta. La posizione a un passo dal centro storico permette passeggiate la sera. Pulizia eccezionale.
La posizione vicina al centro storico la rende un po' trafficata soprattutto la sera e rende un po' difficile il parcheggio. C'è sempre caos fino a tarda notte, ma essendo un quinto piano si riesce comunque a dormire
