I would call the property quirky rather than chic bit we had a lovely time staying there and the staff were amazingly responsive to our requests. Thanks guys.
It has a few issues with electrical wiring but everything that could be done was done to fix it.

Great amount of space, really good location yet quiet. Unique decorations made it feel more like staying in a home.
They've added a lot more lighting since the earlier reviews.
The bedrooms (upper floor) get crazy dry at night, and crazy hot during the day.
Lower floor is always cool and comfortable.

Das Townouse (Reihenhaus) liegt in einer kleinen ruhigen Sackgasse in der Altstadt von Chiang Mail. Es gibt 2 goße Schlafzimmer, voll augestattete Küche (die man in Thailand eigentlich nicht nutzt ;-)) und eine Waschmschine. Zu Fuß ist man schnell bei den Märkten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt.
