    Everything exceeded our expectations, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. A special mention to Guest Services, who was absolutely amazing. We initially only had one night booked and were due to return to Osaka the following week staying elsewhere. However, after experiencing the level of service during our stay, we actually cancelled our other booking and rebooked with them instead.
