The staff were very good

The room was smelling of cigarette smoke

6 / 10Average·Oct 2026

Staff were very helpful. We were on a cycling holiday and they helped us secure the bikes and allowed us to pick them up a bit later on our leaving day.

There was a leak behind the bath tap so the floor was continuously wet, which made using the toilet / sink / bathroom a little awkward. It just needed fixing.
