Helpful ownet, clean apartman, small garden. The beach is only 15 minutes.

Kitchen tools could be better. I miss the wine and champagne glasses.

Sicuramente posizione ottima sia per chi preferisce relax al mare ma anche per visitare la città. Posto molto ben fornito e tranquillo. Nessun rumore esterno, niente traffico. Su questo niente da dire! Bagno ben fornito e pulito.

Purtroppo lato negativo è stata la pulizia... cabina armadio con scaffali molto impolverati, sicuramente non ci metti i vestiti. Ho dovuto pulirli io. Stessa cosa nella cucina, piano di lavoro pulito ma la cappa era davvero sporca e impolverata. Finestra sopra al letto che appena l'abbiamo aperta è crollato un polverone proprio sopra alla testata del letto. Da rivedere assolutamente la pulizia! Per quanto riguarda la camera, letto super cigolante e incassato al centro, sarebbe sicuramente da cambiare o sistemare perchè ad ogni minimo movimento faceva un rumore assurdo. Cuscini in memory che dopo poco diventano sottilissimi e non c'era la possibilità di cambiare il cuscino perchè c'erano soltanto quelli. Consiglierei di lasciare almeno un'alternativa per i cuscini perchè i cuscini sottili non soddisfano tutti, anzi. Un piccolo occhio anche agli asciugamani (alcuni un po' macchiati).

Pulizia, rapporto qualità prezzo

The apartment was poorly cleaned. There was mold in the bathroom, dust and dirt on the floor, and we also found someone else’s hair. The shower was clogged, the water did not drain properly and stayed there while using it, which made it very unpleasant and inconvenient. After my complaints, the host said that the apartment had supposedly been cleaned again. However, it was still too dirty to walk around comfortably. The floor was so dirty that it was impossible to walk barefoot. When I complained again after the second cleaning, the host accused me of bringing the dirt into the apartment myself, even though we had not been in the apartment the whole day. The walls were scratched, and overall the condition of the apartment did not match our expectations or the photos. After a long trip, it was very unpleasant to check into such accommodation and spend time complaining and asking for basic cleaning.

Unfortunately, our stay left a very negative impression because of the poor cleaning, dirty floor, mold in the bathroom, clogged shower, and the host’s unfair reaction to my complaints.
