The landing in Rome was at 21:00, I picked up a rental car, I made a mistake and forgot to buy a sim card for the cell phone, I left for the apartment when I have no possibility to call the host. I got to the place with navigation software but I had no way to call the host and let him know I had arrived. To my surprise, the owner of the apartment was waiting for me at 11:00 PM at night. I couldn't believe he was waiting for me at night... for me it was the most charming thing. The apartment is getting stronger and pleasant, with a fenced and private yard including parking with an electric gate. On Friday, 100 meters away, there was a neighborhood farmers' market... We really enjoyed the place and a huge thank you to the owner of the apartment who was kind and pleasant. The apartment is located in a pleasant neighborhood with a shopping center and restaurants at good prices.
We loved everything... the apartment and the kind attitude of the owner of the apartment.

The apartment is very comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. It is approx. 15 minutes from the train that takes you to the center of Rome in 15 minutes. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. A big plus is the owner Benedetto who is very helpful.
