Arianna Grand apartment

Excellent location, and great view of the sea from the balcony. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Apartment had a nice amount of space and good layout. Would have been perfect for a family of 4. There was a nice pool and parking. Smart TV in the living room.

The level of cleanliness was not up to standard. The kitchen surfaces and fridge shelves were sticky. We ended up buying some cleaning products to give it a clean. The floor tiles were also tacky; either from dirt or a subpar cleaning product. Either way it din't feel nice underfoot. The shower curtain in the bathroom was mouldy... Considering that you pay a cleaning fee on the invoice, it shouldn't be this way. The kitchen was a bit lacking in kitchenware, for example no dishcloths to dry with. The bed and sofas were OK, could be better but probably in line with what we paid for. The place has a lot of potential and is probably in line with the money spent, but a few low cost decisions from the owners could have really elevated it. We ignored the cleaning issue reported by other reviews but turns out it was true. If you can bear that then the location and price makes up for it.
