Отдыхали в квартире неделю . Замечательное месторасположение, центр города . Всё в шаговой доступности, музей,магазин, пиццерия, рестораны, траспорт ( в том числе водный)... Квартира уютная, чистая, есть всё необходимое для быта и даже больше . Новая мебель, новый холодильник, посуда . Больше всего поразило наличие двух предметов ... ведёрко для зонтиков перед входом и весы на кухне 😀 Зонтики тоже были . Большое удобство стоянка во дворе. Посудомойка, стиральная и кофе машины... Хозяин живёт рядом . Очень радушный и приветливый . Спасибо за хорошо обустроенный быт !
Не нашли утюг. Впрочем, это не было проблемой

L'appartement est idéalement situé, le lac est à 2 min à pied. Parfait pour prendre le bateau pour les îles Borromées. Le parking privé est un vrai plus.
Tout était propre et fonctionnel, très beau logement.
C'est également très calme.

Il manquait 1 ou 2 adaptateurs pour les prises électriques qui ne sont pas toutes aux normes françaises. La"droguerie" en haut de la rue (50 m de l'appartement) en vend pour une somme très modique

The location is great. Easy to pick up the keys from the agency and the apartment is just opposite - note that the number visible outside the gate is 7 rather than 9! . Private enclosed parking was a key benefit. Very nice and friendly owner that lives next door/above. The apartment is well furnished and equipped. We appreciated the welcome presents - bottle of proseco and 2 large water bottles + biscuits / toast etc. An ample assortment of tea and coffee (capsules) was also provided.
The apartment is a little dark, but I guess this could be beneficial in the summer months.
