Das Appartement war sehr sauber, es gab ausreichend frische Handtücher. Ein extra Eingangsbereich bietet Platz für Schuhe und Jacken Vom Eingangsbereich geht eine Tür in das innenliegende Badezimmer mit gut funktionierender Lüftung und eine Tür in den Wohn-/Schlafbereich. Es gibt einen kleinen Terrassenbereich, der morgens von Bäumen beschattet wird. Eine Kaffeekapselmaschine, ein Wasserkocher und zwei Elektroherdplatten sind vorhanden. Der Bahnhof ist nahe und trotzdem ist es nachts sehr ruhig.
Kochen ist mit zwei Elektroherdplatten und ohne Dunstabzug nur eingeschränkt möglich.
