Clean, comfortable, and convenient.

Very convenient, yet quiet location, within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, beaches, bus terminal, and grocery shops. Clean, spacious and comfortable suite, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom facilities, well maintained grounds. Air conditioning and bottled water dispenser was very much appreciated. Owners were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Would have liked lighting in the pool area to be able to sit out there in the evening.

A restful and quiet spot in an area close to the beach and restaurants.

The location was excellent. It was close to several beaches and a strip of good restaurants. The place was quiet at night and had a lovely garden. The bed was comfortable.

We were in the suite on the main floor and felt our blinds didn’t afford us much privacy in our suite if people were passing by to use the pool.

I loved this place.

I prefer the Rinconada to Zicatela, it's much quieter and there are several great restaurants. The hosts are fantastic, really friendly. The room was huge, full kitchen, big bed- and living-rooms, AC

Great apartment

Great location- steps away from the main street with lots of restaurants and short walk (down the stairs) to the swimming beach. Beautiful property and large rooms with well stocked kitchen. Owner very friendly and helpful. Shower was a bit hot water challenged at first but the owner changed the gas tank and it was ok after that.

We wouldn't return

The apartment is in a safe location and fairly close to nice beaches.

The apartment has very basic equipment in the kitchen, towels are quite used, garage area is messy, bring your own shampoo/shower gel as they don't supply much even though it says they do no hair dryer as claimed in the description, dish detergent was missing and we had to ask for it; we asked for a blanket and never received it; when we arrived the sink was leaking and wasn't fixed until late in the evening.

It would be great if the host does a few touch ups and replaces some items which are worn out (some kitchen utensils, towels etc.). Also the humidity at night is crazy, the living room needs air conditioning- the ceiling fans are not enough

Excellent choice

This is an excellent choice if you want to stay at Playa Carrizalillo (the best beach in Puerto Escondido!). The apartment is very spacious and was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable with a great mattress and pillows. The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The kitchen was well-equipped if you wanted to cook, plus had a big garrafón of drinking water. I had to do some work while there, and the wifi was excellent, there is also a TV with Netflix. There is a nice pool area to relax in. The hosts are super kind and helpful, really lovely people. The location is great, really close to the restaurants and beaches. I highly recommend this place, and are planning to return.

Wonderful Two-Weeks

We had the most wonderful and *comfortable* two-week stay! The apartment was super clean, quiet, nice bed, and great air conditioning. The location was perfect for us because it was far from the crowds, but yet so close to the beaches. The highlight, however, was Inti, the owner/host. He is the most wonderful, caring and responsive host. We loved our stay at Adelfa Suites and hope to one day return - thank you Inti and staff!

The property overall for the price was a good stay.

Due to the nature of Puerto Escondido, you are well located for different things. Overall, the property was well located for several beaches, a few restaurants and cafes. The property was fairly priced, very spacious and clean.

You are far from the main areas of Zicatela and La Punta. If you want to be closer to the these busier areas, it would be important to review modes of transport or book closer to the other side of PE. The electric fan in the main bedroom makes a loud buzzing sound which meant I decided to rely on aircon, which tbf was enough. The property is overall modern and in reasonable condition, however, some cupboard fronts were not securely attached, there is a light switch inside the shower unit, which felt dangerous and the wardrobes in the bedroom didn't seem well kept. Towel holder in the bathroom was not securely attached to the wall.

Great value, good location

Adelfa Suites are very well located (for beaches, town and market), clean and the hosts are attentive and welcoming. They provide a great range of additional items to make your stay comfortable such as beach umbrellas and towels. There is plenty of space and you can easily self-cater as the kitchen functions well. We found the bed very comfortable and we enjoyed having meals outside on the balcony. The recent addition of the pool makes for a pleasant space to spend a bit of outdoor time. It is very good value for money and you could easily spend a long time here.

A few minor maintenance issues could be addressed e.g. broken blind, missing light bulb, leaking shower seal, missing towel rails in bathroom. These items wouldn't take long to repair and fixing them would improve the stay.

Great stay

Great stay and very comfortable apartment which was lovely and quiet. Responsive host, right next to all the great cafes and beaches. Photos don't do this place justice, it's better in real life and very well equipped with everything! We were even able to borrow an umbrella for the beach and we're given beach towels which was very handy. The fans were lovely and cooling in the room in the night too. Try Dulce Tierre cafe too it's great. :)

El depto que nos asignaron nos encantó, muy equipado, bien distribuido y amplio. Muchos detalles que destacar: Bidón de agua de cortesía (muy práctico), toallas de playa y quitasol a disposición, cocina muy equipada. Excelente atención, un sector muy tranquilo y muy cerca de la playa carrizalillo (hermosa).

Amplio apartamento.

El apartamento es grande, buena localización. El anfitrión muy amable, nos hizo recomendaciones interesantes. Solicitamos el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto y fue todo muy bien. Internet funcionaba muy bien. Se llega andando a la avenida donde tienes restaurantes, tiendas, cafés y todo lo que puedas necesitar.

Excelente opcion para quedarte en familia o pareja, cerca de playas tranquilas y hermosas

El departamento es muy cómodo y amplio. Los anfitriones super amables y al pendiente de todo. Incluyeron limpieza a mitad de la estadía. La ubicación es muy buena porque está cerca de las playas que más nos gustaron: Carrizalillo, Puerto Angelito y Manzanillo. Eso sí: tomar en cuenta que para todas las playas debes caminar. Seguro que volveremos, nos encanto el destino y el alojamiento.

Consigliatissima

Posizione ottima, tutte le spiagge più belle facilmente raggiungibili, in particolare una che si raggiunge in neanche 10 minuti a piedi. Tutto pulito e ben arredato. Zona super tranquilla.

Soggiorno e bagno un po’ troppo caldi (i ventilatori non muovono molta aria), però nella camera c’è il condizionatore che funziona molto bene. Nei periodi più caldi però potrebbe risultare molto caldo. Comunque a novembre (25-30 gradi) abbiamo sopportato senza grossi problemi.

La proximité des plages et du boulevard où l'on peut manger. La tranquillité. Notre hôte était super gentil et parlait bien l'anglais. La douche !! L'équipement et la cuisine.

Sehr großes Appartement mit Fenstern zu drei Seiten, sodass es sich gut durchlüften lässt. Tolle Aussicht von dem Balkon! Die Lage ist wunderbar, sehr zentral innerhalb von La Rinconada und fußläufig zu den schönsten Stränden.

Teilweise hat es nicht angenehm gerochen, war aber nicht schlimm. Die Handtücher könnten mal getauscht werden - sie sind schon etwas zerfasert.

Buena ubicación, cómodo, limpio pero hace falta A/C

El lugar es tranquilo ideal cuando se busca descansar ya sea de día o de noche. Llegar al alojamiento es rápido la zona es bonita. En la parte del exterior hay lugares para estacionarte si rentas o llevas vehículo propio. La playa carrizalillo está cercas así como el restaurante el cafecito. El baño es amplio y comodo. Además que la alberca está limpia y tiene buena temperatura.

No cuenta con aire acondicionado o clima. Tiene bastantes ventiladores en la sala y la habitación principal pero aún no son suficientes para disminuir el calor.

Como en casa

Atención de Inti, te ofrece excelentes recomendaciones, aunque mi estancia fue de muy corta la verdad nos gustó mucho y sin duda regresaremos. La cercanía con las playas es lo mejor, incluso llegar a la calle del Adoquin se nos hizo muy fácil y disfrutamos el camino. Imperdibles "El Cafecito" y las pizzas "La Spezia".

Excelente estadía con vista al mar!!!

La ubicación del departamento es excepcional a la altura de la playa Carrizalillo y próximo a Puerto Angelito, Manzanillo y Bacocho. Además a 3 cuadras se encuentra el Boulevard Benito Juárez con múltiples opciones gastronómicas. Los anfitriones Elizet e Inti nos brindaron un excelente servicio y fueron muy cordiales. Muy recomendable!!!

Paz y armonia con la naturaleza

Verdaderamente es bellisimo. Todo lo necesario para pasar buenos días. Limpieza comodidad muy tranquilo. Cerca de playa carrizalillo y angelito. Buenos restaurantes. Zona tranquila. Inti y su esposa te hacen sentir en casa. De seguro esperamos volver. Porque estar ahí te hace sentir paz y no querer salir y solo disfrutar. GRACIAS POR TODO.

Elizet estuvo al pendiente de nosotros tanto antes de llegar como cuando llegamos, una excelente anfitriona, el departamento lo tiene todo para que te sientas como en tu casa, esta muy bonito y confortable, nos toco una hermosa vista al mar hay cosas para comer cerca delicioso y tiendas por si ocupas comprar, la playa esta muy cerca caminando. 100% recomendable... y la alberca super bonita y limpia.

El sitio está muy bien situado por estar en una urbanización tranquila y segura. Muy tranquilo para descansar y con una piscina / alberca muy agradable. Pero el anfitrión fue lo mejor porque requerimos de su ayuda e hizo todo lo necesario por resolverla.
