The Modern Suite Residences

It has washer/drier, very convenient for 4 day stay. The parking lot itself is very safe and it has a designated spot for my car. The fridge is big with filtered water and ice. Grocery markets are very near, the kitchen has every cooking stuffs. A lot of space for clothes and luggages. The owner/manager Ben is so prompt and fast in taking care of minor things.

If you take off shoes in the house, it is better to bring your own slipper. You may feel cold with your bare foot. You may need to buy extra paper towl if it is run out. The actual spot of the location and the address given in booking.com could be different. I think that is for safety reason, so it is better to check Ben's message carefully before you arrive at the spot. Since I just glanced this message and did not look at his guide videos, I got confused a little when I was checking in the house.

It was clean and quiet.

Was given the wrong address via Booking and took some digging for finding the correct address. Per residents we met while staying, it is not supposed to be rented out as a short stay, so I guess that is why the app lists a different address. There are light switches but no overhead lights in the living area or the bedroom, so reading was impossible unless you chose to stand in the kitchen. Weird unused open room upon entry that just echoed sound inside. The unit was on 2nd floor, same as courtyard. The courtyard light was aimed directly into the bedroom, so we had to hang a sheet over the window in order for it to be even semi dark to sleep. No baking sheets or anything to use in the oven, one tea towel and no hot mitts.
