The apartment is exactly as described. The host is very responsive on WhatsApp, providing short but very clear answer. You have to pay attention. I really liked the bathroom, who consisted of two separate rooms, one for toilet, another for shower, very clever idea! Good WIFI and internet speed. Very close to a large supermarket (Lurdy), which open at 7 AM, so you can take everything you need for a good breakfast. It is very easy to go to city center, it is a few station away using tram 2A.
I think there is no free parking nearby. We have parked in the outdoor parking of Lurdy shopping mall to carry our luggage's inside . For long term parking I have used Nepliget parkolo, which is free, but you have to walk more then one km, or take the tram.
