Összességében elégedettek voltunk, megfelelt a szállás a negatívumokkal együtt, mert nekünk tökéletes volt az elhelyezkedése. De a kellemesebb élmény érdekében érdemes lenne megfontolni pár dolgot.

A kulcsszéf elhelyezkedése nem volt egyértelmű, de a portás segítőkész volt. A lakásban 2 helyen is kiírt wifi nem létezett, utólag láttam csak az üzenetben a másik opciót. A tisztaság nem volt 100%-os, a földön morzsa melyre megérkeztek a hangyák, illetve 2 helyen is tenyérnyi ragacsos folt takarításával kezdtünk. Esztétikailag a fotók alapján sokkal szebb szállásra számítottunk, (pl. falak sok helyen leverve). Illetve a bútorok nagy részére ráférne már egy csere. A kanapét nem lehet összecsukni, az ágy recseg és kényelmetlen, a székek szintén nyikorognak, WC kefe is megérne már egy cserét. Az ágyneműn nagy, halvány sárgás folt, ettől függetlenül tiszta és kimosott volt, de a látvány kicsit kiábrándító. Számomra nem szimpatikus és szinte használhatatlan a totál felvizezett szappan és mosogatószer.

Є все необхідне для проживання. Обладнана всім, чисто. В цьому ж будинку Спар. Недалеко за 3 хвилини зупинка трамваю, автобус. Є паркінг за 10 євро на добу, що дуже зручно. Дуже дякуємо обслуговуванню, допомагали у всіх питаннях, що виникали.

The location is excellent, if you are attending an event in the Budapest Park like myself, as it is right next to it. The pictures on Booking look awesome and the size and first impression of the apartment do fit the pictures well. It is probably just a few years old and still in good condition, mostly. The view from the balcony is nice from the 10th floor even if the apartments from across the inner yard are fairly close. There are huge windows on the whole length of the 2-room apartment and the sun beautifully shines in during the summer.

The problem is that several things are not taken into consideration and the necessary renovations are not taken cared of. The 3 significant issues in my experience: The most important flaw is the bathroom. The sealant between the edge of the tub and the wall is fully detached and if water passes towards the wall and the part of the tub that is normally designed for guiding water back to the tub, the whole of it flows down on the floor and the whole bathroom becomes a sink. If you decide to take a bath and fill the tub, you will see the tub itself go lower and the crack in the sealant become even larger. In short, the bathroom is not good quality or not being fixed when defects arise. Another issue is the lack of blackout curtains. In the evening in the summer or the whole afternoons of winter, if you keep the lights on in your apartment, people from the flat across the yard would see into the apartment. And that flat is very close. One morning a "neighbour" would wave to say hello from there, which is friendly, but not necessarily pleasant at all times and anything you do. In such an accommodation the option for privacy should definitely be available. My third significant issue was the air conditioning. I visited in the summer and the outside temperature was 30-35 degrees Celsius. The efficiency was sufficient, though far from amazing. It was set though in such way that at night around 12-1 AM it automatically turned off. Not sure if the idea is to save energy during the less hot night, but if you sleep late and the summer sun starts shining, the apartment would get very hot and it is not pleasant to sleep anymore. Add the lack of blackout curtains to this and you might wake up all sweaty after a short-slept night.
