A foglaláskor ugye általábannha vendég kèrése van.Én is szakmabeli vagyok, időben ki takarítunk,ha valaki külön kèrés esetén korábban jön.Ez annyira nem tetszett.Értem én,hogy 15 ra,de kérés volt hogy előbb.Papírtörlő nem volt és 3 napra 3 guriga wc papír nem elég.Pluszba szoktak kirakni. A törölköző igènyemnél elkèrtem hogyan tudnék utalni,több törölköző igénylése és olyan linket küldtek kétszer,hogy nem tudtam megnyitni.Máskor számlaszámot szeretnék kérni. Valamilyen telefonszám sem ártana,mert az emailektől kiver a víz és baj esetén is kellene telefonszám.A booking számot egyszer értem el.Amúgy lehetetlen.Ha baj van kinek szóljak,hívjam a hatóságokat.

The location and the setup of the place was really great, furniture is comfortable and the apartment feels large despite the small area. Heating also worked perfectly, and the kitchen setup allowed for good small-scale cooking and serving for a small family. The pickup process of the keys was very convenient.

We've booked with a small child, and it has not been communicated in advance that we need to pay for an extra linen and towel for him. It was not easy to contact the given phone number, and the communication about these items and their payment was very cumbersome. The place was not clean enough, especially the carpet and some of the dishes were dirty upon arrival. The quality of the internet connection was not enough even for browsing, let alone streaming a video.

Great value for money overall. Location was excellent: within walking distance (20-25 minutes) from various central areas while maintaining enough distance for peaceful, quiet evenings and nights. Natural lighting and ambiance: apartment felt cozy, and morning sunlight beautifully illuminated the space Comfortable sleeping: the soft mattress provided good comfort. Terrace access: loved having the upstairs terrace available, though we spent most of our time exploring the city. Shop nearby: end of street there is a Spark supermarket. Very helpful

Accuracy of Listing: Parking was the most frustrating inaccuracy. The listing shows "Parking" as an amenity, body text refers to it as “street parking”. When we got there it was at 600 HUF/hour (approximately 2 EUR/hour) with a 3-hour maximum per session of payment. Finding available spots proved difficult. We unloaded our luggage and had to find a private parking space around the block. The welcome message contained no parking guidance, requiring us to research alternatives independently until the owner eventually provided suggestions. For future guests: The best option is Pava Parking at 6,000 HUF/day or 17,500 HUF/week. We paid 24,000 HUF for 4 nights because we didn't know we had to ask for a weekly ticket option, although we saw the offer written at the entrance of parking. - Cleanliness: Floor maintenance: walking barefoot left visible dust on the soles of feet daily, indicating floors need better cleaning. Internet modem area significant dust accumulation with a large spider web and spider present, showing areas requiring attention. Cleaning supplies storage personal preference, but cleaning equipment was visible next to the garbage bin rather than stored out of sight. - Bed: Bed Quality: Size constraint: the bed (approximately 140x200 cm) felt small for two adults Bedding issue: sheets weren't secured to the mattress, resulting in direct contact with the mattress by morning. Fitted sheets with elastic would significantly improve the sleeping experience.
