We boekten deze accomodatie last minute en konden binnen 10 minuten de woning in. Heerlijk balkon met 2 comfortabele stoelen naast de tafel met eetstoelen waar overdag de zon op staat met uitzicht op Sancerre. Alles in de woning zag er goed en schoon uit, bed was comfortabel en de badkamer ruim en schoon.
De entree benenden voelt wat aftands aan, deur staat ook de hele dag open, ook de ruimte achter het compex waar je je fiets kan stallen in een open niet afgesloten ruimte (wel uit het zicht) doet wat verwaarloosd aan, maar eenmaal binnen in het appartement voelt het heel anders. Het afstapje van de douche is een dingetje om op te letten en als je minder goed ter been bent een uitdaging.

In het appartement is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. De bedden zijn goed en alles was erg proper. Het was wel warm, maar dat is op de meeste plaatsen wel zo (geen airco, wel ventilatoren ter beschikking). 's nachts koelde het prima af met de ramen open. De eigenaar nam gelukkig onmiddellijk zijn telefoon op bij het bellen, want hij had de code vergeten doorsturen. Dat vormde gelukkig geen enkel probleem.
Het appartement ligt langs een drukke baan, waar er maar beperkt parkeermogelijkheid is. Met de ramen open was er ook in de ochtend vrij veel geluid door de passage van enkele vrachtwagens
