Overall, this is a practical, well-located and family-friendly apartment that we would happily recommend.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment has a great location with short walking distance to both a grocery store and a bus stop, and the bus only took 10–12 minutes to reach Aarhus city center. Free parking on the property was a big plus, and the key box worked smoothly for check-in. It was also very convenient that a high chair and baby cot were available. The apartment was clean and tidy, and we are very satisfied with our stay.

Restful, comfortable and easy - a vacation oasis.

Incredible apartment. Much more spacious than the photos imply. It was beautiful, clean, centrally located to transport and a supermarket just around the corner. The beds were comfortable, and the bedroom was quite large. The courtyard was a lovely place to relax after a day sight seeing. Easy parking!!!!! Highly recommend!

Appartement est propre et bien équipé, emplacement idéal, calm en touret par des villas. Proche commerces et transports. Propriétaire aimable vient nous demander si besoin d'autre chose peut lui contacter. Je donnerai 9,6 pour appartement.

Just manque gel douche et shampoing. Nous avons que gel main. Pas du sucre et huil pour cuisiner. Chauffage un peu trop chaude.

Ein schönes Appartement am Stadrand von Aahrus mit „theoretische“ Lademöglichleit von e-Autos am Objekt

Das Appartement liegt am Stadtrand von Aarhus an der süßeren Grenze eines ruhigen Wohngebiets der gehobenen Mittelklasse. Das Appartement ist neu und sehr gut und vollständig ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch und schön. Ein sehr großer Vorteil ist das vorhanden sein einer Waschmaschine. Nach Aarhus kann mann mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 15-20 Minuten erreichen, und wie in DK üblich sind separate Fahrradwege entlang der Straßen „fast“ immer vorhanden.

Ein Kritikpunkt muss allerdings angesprochen werden. Wir hatten uns u.a. Für diese Unterkunft entschieden da es in der Beschreibung da vorhanden sein von Lademöglichkeit für e-Autos am Objekt. Diese stimmt nicht ! Zwar gäbe offensichtlich und theoretisch die Möglichkeit, nach Absprache und vorherigen Terminvereinbarung die in der verschossenen Garage eine Ladevorrichtung zu nutzen, allerdings verweist der Vermieter auf die Nutzung von öffentlichen Lademöglichkeiten (laut GoogleMaps in 600m Entfernung!!). Dies ist sicherlich nicht Sinn der Sache wenn man davon ausgeht das man am Objekt laden kann. Ich empfehle dem Vermieter dies von der Objektbeschreibung zu entfernen da es nicht den praktischenTatsachen entspricht.

Tolle Ferienwohnung.

Tolle FeWo mit viel Platz und Komfort. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Das Auto kann man vor der FeWo stehen lassen.

Die Außenflächen waren alle versiegelt. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Ruhiger Standort für die Erkundung von Aarhus

Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüsselbox. Sehr hochwertige, geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Das Apartment war sauber und der Parkplatz vor der Tür sehr angenehm. Das Stadtzentrum war mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ruhige Wohngegend

Die Terrasse war mit der hohen Bretterumzäunung nicht sehr gemütlich.
