Excellent pre-arrival information including youtube videos. Awesome location, the free parking was much appreciated and the apartment was immaculate.

The car park signage is pretty difficult (but not the host's fault) Bring an eye mask as the blinds are definitely not blackout...

Lovely, modern apartment with amazing sea views in a great location! Would recommend!

Absolutely lovely stay and apartment, host was always very helpful and informative throughout the booking and pre-arrival, cannot fault at all. Extremely comfy bed, nice facilities with a hair dryer available for use, huge balcony with lovely sea views! Location was overall good, if a little disconnected from frequent public transport (unless we were not looking hard enough!) but Aarhus City Centre and everywhere we visited was accessible by no longer than around a 30ish minute walk - with brilliant sea and harbour views most of the way! Would visit and stay here again :)

As seen mentioned in previous reviews, the apartment is located in a developing area and there is construction work happening often and early in the AM. Thankfully we were there over the weekend, as Monday morning got even louder! It was warm but we begrudged keeping windows open once the noise got going. Not the host’s fault and will be a properly lovely area once construction is complete. The one fault with the apartment for us was the lack of blackout curtains/blinds. As the sun was only down for around 3 hours a day when we were there, it was hard to sleep past 4am as it was daylight throughout the property. Obviously wouldn’t be a problem if you’re used to that (or if you bring an eye mask!).

A good place to stay for exploring Aarhus and the surrounding area.

Fantastic location. Very clean and warm apartment. Quiet. Very helpful host. Balcony is lovely. Facilities nearby are good(coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket, buses etc). Underground parking.

No kettle! Bedroom is extremely tight with two beds out and nowhere really to keep your clothes. It’s very small indeed. However, the other features make for a very good stay here.

Tolle Voraussetzungen (Lage, Balkon, Tiefgarage (2,1m hoch), Fahrstuhl) - FeWo nur durchschnittlich

Wohnung ist tadellos sauber, Sofa/ Sessel/ Kouchkissen/ Bettzeug hochwertig. Sofaecke und Bett (wenn man erst mal drin ist - siehe unten) sind bequem. Küchenutensilien (Gewürze/ löslicher Kaffee u.s.w.) sind so vorhanden, dass man ggf. über den ersten Abend kommt. Man könnte den ganzen Tag über auf dem Balkon oder am Fenster sitzen und dem Treiben zuschauen: Wakeboading-Anlage, das ins Wasser gebaute Freibad, selbst nur die Spiegelungen von Sonne und Wolken im Hafenwasser lassen es nie langweilig werden. Auch am Abend geht das Lichterspektakel mit 'unzähligen' Scheinwerfern weiter. Irgendwann schaut mal ein Schiff der AIDA-Flotte im Hafen vorbei... Hat man dann doch mal Lust auf Wandern, gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, weil die FeWo schön zentral liegt - mehr soll nicht verraten werden!

FeWo wurde wahrscheinlich teilmöbliert gekauft - Backherd, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi (alles für die kleine Wohnung zu groß) sowie ein Kleiderschrank - waren offenbar schon da. Wegen der WM im Bad wurde der Waschtisch darüber entsprechend hoch angebracht - kleinere Kinder können sich nicht alleine die Hände waschen. Im Unterteil des einzigen Schrankes lagern wohl Reinigungsmittel, die einen beißenden Geruch ausströmen - was soll man da reinpacken?! Bleibt für alle Sachen nur noch ein offenes Regal mit einer kleinen Kleiderstange dran! Das Oberteil des Bettes ist ca. 80cm hoch. Sollte von dort mal jemand im Schlaf herunter fallen, sind ernste Schäden sicher! Um die Fallhöhe zu verringern, zogen wir das untere Bett hervor. Damit schufen wir uns die nächste Unfallquelle, weil das Bett (auf leichtgängigen Rollen) wohl nicht zu arretieren geht. 2 Stehtische und 4 Barstühle bilden den 'stylischen' Essplatz. Möchte man keinen Instantkaffee, kann man sich Kaffee brühen. Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht. In den größten vorhandenen Behälter (Kochtöpfe ausgenommen) passen 2 1/2 Tassen gebrühten Kaffees hinein! Wenn ich überschlage, dass eine vernünftige Ausstattung der Wohnung weniger als ein paar Tage der Wohnungmieten kosten würde, hört bei mir jegliches Verständnis auf. Meine Meinung zu stylisch: FeWo muß möglichst praktisch sein. Zu viele unterschiedliche Menschen (auch mit körperlichen Defiziten) müssen möglichst gut zurecht kommen. Aussicht ist schön - aber nicht Alles! Schade...

Aarhus, wir möchten wiederkommen- und gerne wieder in das liebevoll gestaltete Apartment

Das Apartement liegt im angesagten neuen Viertel Ö, ca 1,8 km von der Innenstadt. Super Aussicht auf die Wakeboarding- Anlage und das Freibad. Kneipen und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist optimal für 2 Personen. Super war ebenfalls, dass wir unser Auto in der Tiefgarage unterbringen konnten . In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft sind Lademöglichkeiten für E-Autos, Leihräder sind auch vorhanden. Zudem kann man im nahegelegenen Foetex gut einkaufen . Der Schlafbereich ist etwas eng, das Bett hat geschätzt 140cm Breite. Es war aber kein Problem, über die Ausziehfunktion die Fläche für 2 Schläfer bequemer zu gestalten. Die Beschattung an heißen hellen Tagen ist eine Herausforderung und gelingt nicht ganz. Wir konnten uns damit aber arrangieren.

UNSCHLAGBAR TOLL!!!

Die Kommunikation mit Britt war super! Tolle Videos für die Erklärung zur Tiefgarage. Parkplatz war inbegriffen und echt super! Auch ein Lift ist vorhanden. Ein großes Danke für die nette Überraschung im Kühlschrank und den leckeren Snack dazu!!! Die Lage ist unschlagbar schön - Balkon zum Basin 7 - direkter Hafenblick! Man konnte sich gar nicht sattsehen! 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt! 2 Minuten zu einer Markthalle mit wirklich hervorragenden Foodständen und zum Supermarkt! Restaurant und Cafés gleich unter vor der Wohnung....hmmmm Die Wohnung war picobello sauber und ordentlich - fast alles vorhanden was man sich so wünscht. Eine Kaffeemaschine und ein kleiner Toaster wären nett gewesen aber es gibt so tolle Cafés gleich unten am Hafen - also konnten wir gut darauf verzichten! Man ist ja auf Urlaub!!! Badezimmer sauber und groß - sogar mit Waschmaschine und einem Tab dazu. DANKESCHÖN! Das Schlafzimmer sehr geräumig mit viel Platz für die Koffer. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch die Polster und Decken waren sehr kuschelig! Der Balkon wie schon gesagt - zu jeder Tageszeit perfekt zum Sitzen und geniessen!

Stylisches Apartment im modernen Hafenviertel - Kommunikation der Gastgeber verbesserungswürdig

Sehr modernes, geräumiges Apartment in einem Wohnkomplex direkt im neuen, architektonisch anspruchsvollen Hafenviertel in Aarhus. Sehr gute Informationen vorab per Youtube-Videos zum Einchecken, zum Apartment und zur Umgebung. Apartment mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet wie Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Kühl-und Gefrierschrank, etc. (Es fehlte lediglich ein TV, für uns aber unwichtig). Großer Balkon mit schönem Blick auf Teile des Hafens sowie die Meerwasserbadeanstalt und die Wakeboard-Anlage. Bei Belegung mit 2 Personen kann man das Bett ausziehen, so dass jeder eine 140cm-Matratze für sich hat. Føtex-Supermarkt in 3 Minuten, Innenstadt in 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Nur ein Dusch-Handtuch pro Person ist bei einem 4tägigen Aufenthalt zu wenig. Keine Händehandtücher oder Duschvorleger vorhanden. Keine Ablage in der Dusche vorhanden. Bei unserer Ankunft befand sich eine Karte im Waschbecken mit der Information, dass die Höhenverstellung des Duschbrausenhalters defekt ist, wir diesen nicht berühren sollten und dieser "heute am Sonntag" (dem Tag unserer Ankunft) leider nicht repariert werden könne. Allerdings wurde dieser auch an den Folgetagen (wir waren bis Donnerstag dort) weder repariert noch hat sich der Gastgeber diesbezüglich nochmal bei uns gemeldet. Am Mittwoch, einen Tag vor unserer Abreise, erhielten wir allerdings frühmorgens eine Nachricht der Gastgeber, die ich als wenig höflich formuliert bezeichnen möchte. Die Nachricht enthielt eine Aneinanderreihung von „Anweisungen“: "Tomorrow you have to check-out…. Do not leave later than 10:30 am. …Send us a message when you have left… Leave the keys on the kitchen table… Remove garbage and food… Empty the dish washer… If you have used the oven, you have to clean it… Take off the bed linen and place it at the floor in the bathroom" Kein einziges “please”, kein “would you be so kind" oder "we would like to ask you" oder ähnliches. Als Gastgeber würde ich diese Nachricht deutlich höflicher und wertschätzender formulieren.

Wohnung perfekt für 2 Personen, es gehen aber auch 4. Alles sehr sauber!! Sehr gut eingerichtet, bei Ankunft war alles prima, Willkommensgruß mit Wein und Chips ! Gemütlich und komfortabel. Balkon zum Hafen hin, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Restaurants vor der Tür. Parkplatz im Haus. Alles fußläufig. Toll !

Im Hafenbereich ist eine Wasserskateanlage, die man hört. Am Wochenende ist die Musik der Restaurants etwas laut, Tür zu oder mitfeiern. Sonst gibt es wirklich nichts zu kritisieren.

Urlaub mit Hafenfeeling

Schicke und moderne Ferienwohnung in außergewöhnlicher Lage, direkt im neuen Stadtteil Aarhus ø gelegen. Für die Selbstversorgung steht alles zur Verfügung; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber auch Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür. Trotz lebhafter Umgebung ist die Wohnung sehr gut schallisoliert. Super YouTube-Video klärt über die Zufahrt zum Objekt und über die Features der Wohnung auf.

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden, auch keine Verbesserungshinweise. Alles ok.

Skønt sted og vi kommer meget gerne igen, hvis der opsættes mørklægningsgardiner i soveværelset.

Flot og fremragende beliggenhed, med skønt køkken-alrum og en lækker altan med skøn udsigt til havnebassin og gode små restauranter.

Der er ikke noget mørklægningsgardin, hvorfor der er lyst i lejligheden og soveværelset fra kl. 0500, hvilket forringer komforten ret meget, da det vanskeliggør søvn efter kl. 0500.

Entspannte Tage in Aarhus und Umgebung

Die Lage am Hafen war schön, das Quartier lebendig, der Balkon mit der Abendsonne, Nähe zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parkplatz mit Lift zur Wohnung. Wir fragten für ein zweites Leintuch für das zweite Bett, da das Bett für uns etwas schmal war und Lars hat sofort eines gebracht! Herzlichen Dank!
