The property was located close to amenities and in the area where we needed to be for a wedding. Communication was very clear with host.
Had everything we needed,
Furniture could be updated and more comfortable but was sufficient for our needs. Some areas were lacking in cleanliness and front and back yards needed tending but did not impact our stay.

Great location and responsive hosts. The property was very quiet, despite being in a busy neighbourhood surrounded by families. There were parks nearby for the kids. Very clean! We would absolutely stay here again if we need to (family of 4, with 2 under 10).
The only (small) issue was the backyard was overdue for some garden maintenance. It didn't impact our overall stay, but we didn't sit back there because the weeds were a bit overgrown and that made it hard for the kids to move around. But there was a park less than 2 minutes away where they could burn off energy.

Location was good close to a lot of amenities Overall nice home.
It was not cleaned to standards. Garbage was left full in bins. A dog poop bag was left hanging outside patio. Stains on walls in basement and on sheets
