Fantastic location. If, like us you are going for the bookshops - you cannot get any closer. Plenty of parking.
Bed in the single room was very uncomfortable - i didnt get a great sleep. Sofa was also not the most comfortable. Didnt realise bathroom was on different floor from bedrooms - not an issue for us, but may be for some.

Location is excellent virtually in the centre of town and the traffic noise is very low
The building was a bit cold some of the windows were very tight to shut so keeping the heat in wasn't the easiest but once we got them closed it was fine.
Unfortunately we were there when there was high winds so some vents rattled but that is pretty much unavoidable.

Very quiet location just off main square in old market town. Good communication via email from host regarding access to property, although we did not meet in person. All necessary kitchen equipment and linen were provided.
Mattress on bed was softer than I am used to, though was comfortable. Main bedroom is in the loft space - mind your head if you are over 6 foot !
