Spacious with lots of comfortable seating. Great amenities and everyone was so helpful and friendly.
Great location and super clean. Leaving some bread, cereal, milk etc was wonderful to arrive to.

Milk, bread, snacks and essentials were in the property on our arrival. The staff are all very welcoming and polite. The layout and decor in the apartment was really nice.

An excellent place to base yourself in the heart of Wigtown. The accommodation is exceptional in every way; very comfortable, thoughtfully designed for visitors with everything you could need away from home and lots of additional welcoming touches such as some basic provisions provided and flowers in a vase! The Wigtown Ploughman is a community venture and from start to finish everyone I met was so friendly and helpful and very proud of their pub! Living above the community pub was not at all too noisy or too busy. For us it brought with it a wonderful community feel. On our first night we joined the folk club downstairs and were singing a long with everyone else in no time! What a gem of a place we shall definitely stay here again.
