L’architecture est magnifique. Très jolie rénovation d’un bâtiment en pierre. Le lieu est calme. Palerme est accessible rapidement.
Une seule chambre climatisée (et non pas l’appartement comme indiqué dans le descriptif). L’autre chambre en mezzanine (non fermée ; non précise dans le descriptif) a juste un ventilateur. La pièce de vie n’est pas climatisée.
Odeur d’égout dans la cuisine, très désagréable.
L’espace avec la table dehors était infesté de fourmis. Nous n’avons pas pu y dîner.
La cuisine n’était pas très propre (évier notamment) et le lave vaisselle très sale à l’intérieur.
