Large home with full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Nice terrace with amazing views. Owner and caretaker were very warm, friendly and helpful.
Parking is not secured, however the street is in a lovely, safe area so this shouldn’t be a worry for most people.

Absolutely stunning spot with unbeatable views! Mermaid Rock Cottage is peaceful, private, and perfectly positioned above the ocean. We loved waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunrise over False Bay from the stoep. The cottage is charming, well-equipped, and close to Simon’s Town and Boulders Beach. We’ll definitely be back!

Stunning views from the braai deck to watch the sunrise. Located close to boulders beach as well as central Simonstown. Cozy cottage with everything you could need for a great stay.
Mattress in main bedroom was on its way out.

The fact that the house has three bedrooms. Big plus when different age groups and gender. The avaialblity of a dishwasher and washing machine
