يحتاج له تجديد والاهتمام اكثر في الاثاث والمرافق لانها متهالكه

حسن الإستقبال ونظافة المدخل وجهاز الكابتشينو والمصلى نشكر الأخوات والاخ نايف الغامدي في الإستقبال

النوافذ ما تتقفل ومع نوم الوالدين تخاف على الأطفال

Booking from Booking.com was great help. It was fast and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Cleaning was good. Housekeeping staff was very competent and cooperative within Hotel means.

However, I had booked 1 BHK but we were given Studio apartment. the communication as reception can be better. They need to read what Booking.com has mentioned rather asking the guest. Being a Vernacular staff, it becomes difficult to explain. the Hotel did not have coffee shop nor has its own canteen. the coffee shop was closed and we had to go outside for refreshments. Parking is nightmare. Some training is required for staff. there are ample open space ourside hotel., but the housekeeping staff were not help. Maybe booking.com can give some tips to them for support booking.com clients.

الشقه واسعه ومريحة

-كان من ضمن المرافق شرفة ولكنها كانت مغلقه وعند طلب فتحها من العامل لم يتم فتحها الا بعد مضي 5 أيام وتم فتحها بكسر القفل وبذلك الباب أصبح لا يغلق وبشكل خطر على الأطفال. -النوافذ لا يوجد عليها أي وسيلة حماية من السقوط للأطفال. -احيانا لا يتم الرد من الاستقبال الا بعد 4 او 5 اتصال.
