Abat Park Serviced Apartments

Location in the middle of down-town, all the amenities were in the vicinity. Other thing I did like was the breakfast, a good standard breakfast. Flexibility about early check in was another score to be mentioned here.

Only one bathroom for a family suite was feeling like bit crowded.

The location

Poorly designed rooms where the bathrooms are too small and wasted space im the rooms. The rooms are not properly furnished. Just barely providing enough sitting space of two single seater sofas in the room and too much empty space with no study desk or additional tables. The cleaning staff doesnt care what you tell them or ask for. They will not clean properly. I kept asking for hand towels and they kept saying that sure we'll provide but I never got that in 4 days!

Clean room and convenient on/off location for access. Again, my options shared based on western culture expectations, maybe more acceptable here.

Several concerns, as place in Abha was better: 1. Limited English of staff made communication difficult. 2. Free breakfast was not designed for western customers, should have fasted. 3. Rooms are extremely roomy but kitchen design has kitchen at entrance while kitchen table located in far end of living room, opposite end of apartment layout. 4. Room in Abha was cheaper with better design as bar and seating in kitchen.
