We greatly appreciate the Staff Ate Joselyn, Kuya Arnel who are all so kind and hospitable, Sir Alfie- Nami Carolina's personal Cook if I may he is one of the highlight during our stay coz we particularly enjoyed the tablescape with Hotel levels cutleries, great food cooked by their Cook Sir Alfie, just bring your ingredients and he will prepare them for the Family like a private dining style. Nami Carolina is a hidden gem in Alfonso Cavite which is very close to Tagaytay Robinson's Supermarket as well located 10 minutes drive away from the property.
