The location and the staff..!!

The place is really so tiny but good.

The property is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the metro station. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

You should improve the after-hours check-in process when the reception is closed. Checking in and generating the key cards took quite a while, and the whole process was a bit stressful.

I recently completed my second stay at Habyt Novena, and once again it exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient yet peaceful, with Zhongshan Park just steps away and easy access to both MRT and bus routes. The staff — especially Jonathan and Qai — were outstanding. They were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive, offering room assistance and thoughtful advice that genuinely made my stay more enjoyable. The room itself was well‑equipped, and the furniture provided was comfortable and practical. Overall, Habyt Novena continues to be a reliable and welcoming place to stay.

Self catering. Room very small Adequately clean. Not quiet. No lift. I was directed to a staircase to carry case up a flight of stairs (difficult with a disability) A pool of stained water appeared during the night from under the door. I don’t know if it was dripping from the air con, or it came from outside. Floor was stained

Not a peaceful stay. Could hear neighbours, doors banging
