The location

The noise from the air conditioning system is very loud; we practically had to turn it off at night to get any restful sleep. Additionally, the hot water runs out very quickly from the boiler. To make matters worse, the street where the house is located functions as a public parking area, so strangers are constantly parking in front of the property and, unfortunately, leaving their trash behind on the grass when they depart

Superb property in a fabulous location, master bedroom is spacious and very comfortable, kitchen and facilities are top notch, when in the area again will book for longer than 2 nights.

Amenities, location, and exceptional value for a beach vacation. Hugh kitchen - fully stocked with every kind of gadget/device, cookware, glasses, etc. to easily prepare snacks and meals. Nice decor throughout. Fabulous view of the Gulf of America from the main and 3rd floor decks!

Not necessarily a dislike but lots of good exercise going up and down stairs to get to the main floor and to the 3rd floor. Not recommended for folks who have walking and/or stability challenges.
