Wonderful stay

Everything was great, vey comfortable bed, spacious, washing machine and drying rack, great AC. The hosts were very communicative and kind and made the room ready for us several hours before check-in at our requests, which was very helpful.

Some missing amenities we expected - there was a coffee machine but no coffee grounds, and missing shampoo / body wash in the shower. However we didn't ask for more since we had our own, and knowing the hosts they would have surely fixed that if we asked.

Highly recommend, the host, the location, quietness, the atmosphere is a perfect combination

The host is a very attentive person to details, we had welcome drinks, bath utilities, lots of towels, candles to make the stay cosy. The location is good next to the beach and nice tavern, and very close to the city centre. The apartment is well designed with good taste and quality, all the kitchen utensils, electro domestics and really clean and spacious.

We had a good experience and enjoyed our stay

The apartment is new, spotlessly clean and nicely furnished with modern furniture and nice design. the Host was very helpful and responded to our needs promptly. Hosts were very welcoming and specially Elena was a very nice and helpful lady. The apartment is equipped with kitchen facilities, towels, a first aid kit, a washing machine and detergent. we had two beach umbrellas ready to be used. There is a free bus within walking distance that takes you to the city center. We received some nice sweets as a gift after arrival and another gift of nice souvenirs on departure.

We had an issue with the apartment key after we collected it from the box, it was the wrong apartment key. However, the host responded to our request after midnight and Elena arrived within 15 minutes with the right key. The beach nearby is very close but there are no sunbeds or umbrellas to hire and it can be very rough to swim in. The view from the balcony is not nice with unkept buildings and vegetation. However, the neighborhood is quiet and safe and we had free parking space for our rented car.

Perfect apartment for vacation

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and had a fresh, modern feel. Everything was well-organized and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic - a lovely, quiet, and safe neighborhood just a minute’s walk from the beach. Free bus to the city center. A special thanks to the hosts, who were exceptionally kind, welcoming and always quick to respond. We truly appreciated the generous gifts. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

A good choice and a good price for those who want a location close to the beach

The yellow studio is tastefully furnished and decorated, equipped with everything you need. Very clean, access to linen and towels, including a washing machine. Very close to a bus stop that takes you to the city center for free (blue line). Close to the beach and a tavern with fresh dishes and decent prices. We appreciate the welcome and departure gift.

The landscape outside the building is not exactly holiday-like: vegetation and unkempt buildings. Noise at night from the traffic on the main street, if you leave the window open. I recommend providing a beach umbrella for tourists.

I recommend it

Very modern and spacious apartment, very clean and with all facilities in the description and more. The welcoming and farewell gifts were a nice surprise which shows the owner's care to make sure the guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The owner was always responsive and the layout of the apartment shows a lot of care to little details that make guests feel pampered. 2 aspects about the area: The beach nearby is not very suitable for children as the water becomes deep very quickly but we found Amnissos beach at about 15 km and enjoyed it quite a lot. The neighborhood looks less developed but the restaurant on the beach serves very tasty food at reasonable price, with a gorgeous view of the sea in front of it. It's easy to take a bus to the city centre, the blue line is free. The water ran out in our last night. However, the owner took care of the problem and next day some water pumps refilled the residence tanks.

Bellissima casa

La casa é stupenda, é tutta nuova e dotata di tutto l'indispensabile. Il letto grande e comodissimo che per noi é molto importante in una camera. I proprietari super gentili e disponibili. É un'attivitá piccola privata loro e ci ha fatto piacere aver sostenuto uno small-business. Poi il bello è che si trova a 2 passi dalla spiaggia libera di amoudara. C hi va a Heraklion ve lo consigliamo :)

Creta indimenticabile!!

Abbiamo apprezzato tutto, soprattutto la posizione: vicino al centro, alla marina di Heraklion e all’autostrada A90, che permette di raggiungere facilmente il resto dell’isola. Avendo un’auto a noleggio non possiamo esprimere un giudizio sui mezzi pubblici. I proprietari e lo staff sono stati sempre disponibili e accoglienti, e anche i vicini si sono rivelati persone splendide. Per noi la Grecia è davvero come sentirsi a casa!

Schöne stillvolle Unterkunft

Alles war einfach perfekt! Bei Fragen habe ich stets schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Lediglich Salz und Öl fehlten anfangs – diese (sowie Pfeffer und Balsamico) wurden mir jedoch umgehend zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – und sogar noch mehr. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Restaurant am Strand ist außerdem absolut empfehlenswert, einfach fantastisch!

Apartamentul este excelent, arata la fel ca in poze este minunat si foarte curat! Sa nu mai zic de gazda care este foarte atenta la detalii, ba chiar intr o seara a venit la noi cu prăjitură. Ne a lasat tot ce trebuie in apartament, de la gel de dus la plasturi si kit de prim ajutor. Locatia este una buna, este fix in fata unei plaje sălbatice, insa daca inchiriati masina este foarte aproape si de centru si de cateva beach cluburi dragute. Recomand din tot sufletul aceasta cazare pentru un sejur confortabil in heraklion, creta!

Alles war ausgezeichnet! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage war perfekt – nah am Strand und trotzdem ruhig. Ich habe mich wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in guter Lage – sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums, des Hafens, des Meer und des Flughafens. Sie ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und zudem sehr sauber. Wir haben 4 Nächte im roten Apartment verbracht und waren wirklich beeindruckt von der gesamten Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, und es gibt eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen sowie viele weitere nützliche Annehmlichkeiten, die den Aufenthalt äußerst komfortabel machen. Es wurde wirklich an jedes kleine Detail gedacht. Auch Parkplätze sind vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt sehr praktisch macht. Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts haben wir noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit von der Verwalterin erhalten – vielen Dank für diese nette Geste! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Dana und Nico!
