    There was no staff hardly. The young girl who checked us in was super nice, but other than that we couldn't find any staff when we had issues. The staff could have been dressed in regular clothes, but that did us no good when the guests were out and about also. The building is very old which makes it very beautiful, but the down fall is anytime someone walks down the hall or the stairs there's creeks and noises are amplified in the hallways. This didn't help when there was a group of rude guests who where staying in different rooms and going up and down the halls, laughing, talking loud, playing loud music and slamming doors up until about 2:30 in the morning keeping my wife and I up and since we couldn't find staff to complain we just had to deal with it. Also, when we checked out there was no staff, just a sign that said if you're checking out just put your room keys in a glass bowl. My wife and I stayed there for our anniversary, but we would have had a more relaxing weekend sleeping in our car.
