Overall good. The price was right! Other reviews noted indicated at night the central air seems to go off at 2:00 Am for a couple of hours. It got warm. Landscaping could use some help. The location is by the expressway. It did not bother me. Generally, all was well. Owner was very nice! Again.. the price was right! You should stay there.
