    AC was cold. Hot water available. cozy beds. Close to nearby shops and restos. staff were accommodating. WIFI is strong too.

    My regular place to stay in Cebu especially when I'm in transit. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and location is convenient. Staff are friendly. Check-in and check-out are hassle-free.

    Okey raman ang staff sa carpark lang ako medyo hindi.kasi sinita kami nang guard na babae kasi daw bawal magpa andar nang car nang matagal. Medyo matagal kasi akong bumaba kasi need ko pang iligpit ang kalat sa loob nang car. Parang nakaka offend lang .di Sana di nalang kayo tummanggap nang customer kung ang daming bawal.at besides hindi naman kami nakakapwerhisyo .pag ako ang mag check in nagdadala pa nga ako nang like sabon.minsan towel..sa aircon dili masyado mogamit. 🤣🤣 my elevator sa car park bawal din pala gagamitin unless lang may dala kang mabibigat. Pero okey lang exercise din yun..

    The staff are great really, but what remembered me the most was that there are bed bugs on my bed when I slept there. My back got itchy, I ignored, until 1 white small bug crawled on my cellphone screen while I was using my phone. That is when I knew that there were bed bugs on my bed. Also I was not aware that they asked for a 1K deposit to all who booked there, so it’s a turn off for me. Other hotels don’t ask for a deposit, but this hotel does. I would prefer to stay in other hotels. Thank you.
