Room really small , but the price is good

Hotel is conveniently close to Hakata station, 6 min walk away, with great amenities including packets of coffee and lotions for face and body. The single room was a bit small but surprisingly, the double room was spacious, big enough to also accommodate a couch. The staff was very accommodating when we needed to switch rooms, which was very much appreciated. Overall a good stay.

The room was clean and the receptionist was also nice.
We couldn't have breakfast this time. Judging by the size of room, the air conditioner really got the preferred temperature quickly.
