    Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there were a few areas that could be improved. We arrived early and requested an early check-in, fully understanding that it was subject to room availability. We were advised to return at 2:00 PM. We came back at around 3:15 PM, but were then asked to wait another 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the wait ended up being closer to 40–50 minutes before our room was ready. After checking in and settling down for a rest, someone attempted to enter our room. It turned out to be housekeeping, who asked my husband who he was. We found this quite surprising, as we were clearly checked-in guests, and no apology was offered. When we later enquired at the front desk, we were informed that housekeeping had not been updated that the room was occupied. This was concerning, as guest room status should be communicated accurately to avoid such situations. Aside from these incidents, the rest of our stay was comfortable. We hope the hotel can improve communication between departments, as it would make the guest experience much smoother.

    We booked the premier suite with City view and it was incredible. It was very spacious and well maintained. The location is 10/10, right in the heart of KLCC. The only cons are long wait time for lifts and weird odour in the bathroom but it's manageable. Pool is great, gym is great and the suite has everything we need from stove to water filter. There's no washer dryer tho. Overall awesome deal for the price.

    Accommodation well located end popular, cleaningness average, some staff member. Many facilities. Some staff members are indifferent or seem to be mocking you. Not a welcoming feeling.
