    Pros: 1) The hotel room, toilet and lobby are clean. 2) Walking distance to City Hall metro station and good bus accessibility. 3) Friendly and helpful staff. 4) Bathtub and bath salts provided - having a hot soak after a long day is very comfortable. 5) Close to Nandemun market. Cons: 1) There are no hooks in the bathroom and toilet. There is no place to hang your towel and clothes at all, so you can't wear your clothes in the bathroom after your shower. The whole bathroom gets wet when you shower. 2) Housekeeping did not change the bedsheets at all during my 4 day stay even thou it says they will change every 3 days. 3) Still prefer having both toilet and shower in one room rather than separating them. 4) Staff are quite inflexible. Missed one day breakfast and asked if I can have it another day instead but was rejected. 5) You need to pay 10,000 won for both washing and drying machine per wash. It's expensive but I guess it also means not many people will wash their clothes so you can almost get an empty machine everytime. 6) It's actually quite a long walk to take the airport limo bus. Will recommend taking 6001 instead of 6015. However, if taking from airport to hotel, 6015 is fine. 7) It can be a long walk to Seoul station and Myeongdong (15 to 20mins). Ok if you are going there first thing in the day but it gets tiring by the end of the day so plan your itinerary well. Overall, I like the hotel but don't think I will stay there again.

    For such a price point, would expect Netflix to be available as compared to other hotels. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful
