    I’ve always liked Best Western hotels because they generally maintain good hotel standards and professional service while still being reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with this particular property. Most of the staff did not seem as professional as I would expect from an established hotel chain. Some appeared rather unfriendly, with little effort to smile or greet guests. In my opinion, these are basic but important aspects of hospitality and customer service. The room itself was good and met the usual Best Western standards. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited. On the positive side, the hotel is fairly convenient for getting into the city. It is located between two stations, with around a 10–15 minute walk to either one. Overall, the location is convenient and the room was fine, but the service was not quite what I expected from a Best Western hotel.

    The place is safe to stay at most importantly. I traveled solo and as the hotel is near the airport its very convenient for Travellers and people who are transiting. The room was very clean and I loved it overall. What really was fascinating and made sense was not taking deposit. Maybe because I prepaid but it is nice not to worry about having money returned.
