    Such a great place, clean, affordable and great facilities. I love the location too, laundry, massage places and 7 eleven all walking distance. Big thank you for the amazing staff, always thoughtful and welcoming. It was our 3rd stay and we will definitely be back again.

    We stayed at the 2-brm residence, which was spacious. Having the washer dryer was the best. Bed and pillows were comfortable too. The property is very archiecturally designed, looks very chic and the pool although small, was well designed . The location was on the quiet side of Bangkok. The free tuk tuk was great too. I bought package that included the breakfast, which were yummy, but on hindsight probably wouldn’t bother as there are actually lots of eateries within walking distance that I would have liked to try, and just get breakfast at hotel as needed. The breakfast is ala carte not buffet. Staffs are friendly and helpful, the housekeeping even left animal towels each day

    This hotel has it all, a clean room, great staff and an amazing location in Sukhumvit. I’d definitively stay here again the next time I’m in Bangkok.

    Extremely poor accommodation experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all. The room type does not match what is shown on the booking website. When I raised the issue, they told me that the photos on the website were uploaded incorrectly. However, you can see from other reviews that people already reported the same problem a year ago, and nothing has been improved. This feels like misleading consumers. The actual room you receive is smaller, with a very strange layout. Even the window is much smaller than what appears in the photos. In addition, the front desk staff had a very poor attitude. They told me that I had to bear the risk myself and were unable to help resolve the issue. The location is also very remote. Although they provide a tuk-tuk service, the waiting time is very long, which makes it extremely inconvenient for traveling to the city center. There are much better options closer to the city center.
