Great customer service!

At first sight, Casa Lirio was a tad sketchy, as the hotel was situated down an alley way off the Main Street, La Rambla. The check-in process was clear and precise, and once inside, the room was very clean and comfortable. It offered a coffee bar and had an outdoor terrace to enjoy your morning coffee. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage in the hotel on the day of check out. The hotel is situated in a convenient area, close to shopping, food and the water.

The only thing that is an awful draw back is that there is no WORKING elevator and Raul the wonderful manager had to move all the bags by himself and we were a group of seven ladies with lots of luggage, so that needs to be fixed.
