The location was perfect for walkin and accessing transport. Staff were friendly and attentive and the facilities met all needs.

Really liked it! The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The only suggestion is to add some lighting outside the building at night. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended! 👍

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Misleading, Poorly Maintained, and Unprofessional We booked this property for two nights and unfortunately had one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences we have ever encountered. Upon arrival, we were made to wait for an hour in sweltering heat because check-in was strictly at 2 PM. While we understand check-in policies, there was no effort whatsoever to accommodate guests or provide a comfortable waiting area. The room initially allotted to us was shockingly dirty and completely unacceptable. The mattress was stained, the bathtub had visible marks and grime, the sofa was heavily stained and torn, and the additional seating furniture was equally dirty. When we requested a room change, the staff flatly refused, claiming that no other rooms were available. What followed was nearly three hours of continuous calls and complaints involving Privy Stays, Agoda, and the property manager, Sagar, before the issue was finally addressed. We were only given another room at around 5 PM, effectively losing a significant portion of our day. Unfortunately, the second room brought a fresh set of problems. There was no water supply in the toilet, the shower and bathtub had almost no water pressure, and even the washbasin tap was malfunctioning. We repeatedly tried contacting reception, but calls routinely went unanswered. In fact, the reception desk often appeared completely deserted, making it nearly impossible to get assistance when needed. The in-house restaurant was another disappointment. It operates only between 9 AM–3 PM and 7 PM onwards, and even during operating hours, many menu items were unavailable. Guests should not expect reliable dining options on-site. To make matters worse, the bathtub leaked extensively into the living room. Since nobody responded at reception, we had to use towels ourselves to contain the water and prevent further flooding. One of the most misleading aspects of this property is its advertising as "air-conditioned." Only the bedroom has an AC unit. The living room becomes unbearably hot during the day, making the suite uncomfortable to use. Privacy is also virtually nonexistent, as another building stands directly opposite the windows. The only thing the staff seemed efficient about was checkout. While guest complaints were ignored throughout the stay, we received prompt calls at 10 AM reminding us to vacate the room. Prospective guests should also note that there are very few decent eateries nearby, and having your own vehicle is almost essential as public transport options are limited. Overall, this stay was characterized by poor maintenance, misleading advertising, inadequate customer service, and a complete lack of responsiveness. We spent more time chasing basic amenities and resolving issues than actually enjoying our vacation. I would strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere.
