    Location - Quite a bit of distance from the station but no worries they have shuttle service provided. Please contact the resort through Line or Messenger. Cleanliness - Sparkling clean. Facility - Quite old but maintained in good condition. No lift, ONLY STAIRS. Please avoid bringing huge luggage. Hot Spring - My first time to experience having my own hot spring inside my room. Great experience tho.

    We really had an amazing stay at gorgeous hot spring Resort, it was clean, spacious and the staff are super accommodating. They also have a quality breakfast boxes which we enjoyed. The hot bath in the tub inside our room is very relaxing. We love it! It is only 5 min. Walk to the Thermal Valley. Beitou is a beautiful, quiet place.

    Friendly staff, hotel offers free ride to rail station apart from 12-3 pm and before 8 pm.In room Onsen bath in separate room with window. Spring water is yellow in colour with sulphur in it! Room is very clean, traditional Japanese style and spacious! Only thing is you will need to take stairs to the rooms. Highly recommended!

    Pro: Good value for only $80 per night Good hot spring quality Very cold air conditioner Very comfortable bed Very clean room Con: Very rude staff at night shift which I asked a question and he yelled at me for no reason Absolutely no sound insolation No elevator No regular hot water at bath so you are force to shower with hot spring water which is a little bit smelly and the hot water is so hard to control temperature Water for washing face is so small Hard to flush the toilet Very far from mtr station
