    The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is as per standard. I travel with a group of 20pax, booked 10 rooms. They automatically cancel 2 of my rooms without notice. When I arrived, the front desk staff accused for just booking 8 rooms. I requested them to check, and they show me proff that there are only 8 rooms booked. It also doesn't reflect on agoda.com that the booking has been amended. It only show 8 rooms. Finally I show them the screen capture of my 10 rooms booking with confirmation number. Then they admited they have to cancel it because they accidentally sell the rooms, without apologies. Since I arrive at night and will leave in the morning, I do not want to make a scene. I just take what ever room they are available. Which is a room with a king bed. And all 4 of stranger need to cramp in a king size bed. And the price is 50% more to compare with what I booked earlier.

    Stayed here when attending IASAS tournament at Taipei American School. All expectations met. A bit of a hike uphill when waliing from school to hotel but the grocery store at basement of building wad a convenient plus. Would stay again.

    This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable stay. We paid CA$***per night for a “deluxe quad room,” but the room was outdated, with old furniture and a very poor bathroom setup. After a long international flight, we couldn’t even have a proper shower. To make matters worse, there was visible mold on the wall next to the bed. Breakfast was equally terrible. Although it ends at 10:00 AM, we arrived at 9:30 and were repeatedly rushed by staff to leave. Before 10:00, they had already started removing food, forcing guests to hurry. Many guests were clearly unhappy. This is unacceptable, especially since breakfast was included in the price. Front desk service was also poor and unhelpful. It is obvious this hotel prioritizes large group business and does not care about individual guests. This experience was far below expectations and not worth the price.
