We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Prior to our arrival, there was a slight mix-up regarding luggage forwarding, we were informed via email that luggage couldn't be accepted without us present, so we rerouted it to the delivery center to play it safe. However, upon arrival, we saw the front desk and realized it wouldn't have been an issue. When we asked for help, the front desk staff professionally assisted us by making multiple calls to the delivery center to coordinate and successfully have our luggage redelivered directly to the hotel. Her proactive support truly won back our confidence! On top of the friendly service, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The location is also fantastic, within easy walking distance to most major attractions. Highly recommended, and we will def stay here again.

Good choice of hotel for Nagasaki. The staff were friendly. In the room, the shower was good and the washing machine was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfortable and kitchenette was well set up for making light meals such as breakfast. I included breakfast in the booking which was a pleasant start to the day in the front courtyard. Coffee was good - excellent depending upon who made it. Make sure you order a double shot. Convenience walk to the Waterfront and tram into the Dejima area.

The check in was easy. The staff was helpful and speaks English. The room was clean and modern. There were 4 pillows each bed. Beautiful and soft pyjamas were provided. The duvet was so soft and doesn't make you feel hot while sleeping.Towels are changed everyday as long as you placed them at the room entrance before 10am. Bathroom was quite spacious. There's a cafe on the ground floor. Parking is 2,000 and needs to be reserved at the reception. There's also parking nearby which might be cheaper. Seven eleven is nearby but not a lot of restaurants around.
