I’m renovating a house in Baton Rouge. I stay here as a stop gap.

The check-in process was so fast an efficient. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and also helpful. Great experience especially after a 5 hour drive at the end of a day.
The only negative I would comment on was the lack of ice due to a broken ice machine, otherwise, very nice place for the value.

The rates are good for this property and the room was well kept. The only problem we have was with the front desk rejecting our emotional support animal as being exempt from charges with a doctors note on my cell phone. It was said: " I don;t care about that." Then when I came back to pay it was higher. Had to go to work and was told that I could pay when I got back but the cat must be caged for cleaning. Still reasonable price but the front desk bedside manner was uncaring with my disability needing an emotional support animal.
