Worst experience from the staff. 1st we were told that they don’t accept booking made via Agoda as they are not affiliated with Agoda. Then they said our booking will only reflect 3 days later with them and can’t check us in. We booked for 2 adults and 1 4 yr old. We asked to send the email confirming booking and the lady said she can see it but they will not accept it. A few minutes later she made a call and confirmed the booking and told us to go ahead and produce passport to check us in. The room was outdated as if that wasn’t enough in the morning we were told they can’t borrow us an iron. OK we get to breakfast and we were told it’s only for 1 person. We said ok we will pay for the other and 4yr old kid. When checking out they said we need to pay for us 3. It was really an unpleasant experience. Although I must give it up for the car park security… they are really the best. Otherwise hotel staff 0/10.

The quality of the bed is very inferior, simply very uncomfortable and making a lot of noise when you turn. The shower rose was splitting into two and leaking water from the top section. Extremely difficult to balance out hot and cold water!! However, the staff offered us excellent service!! For me the bed and shower really spoilt everything!!!
